By submitting your Application, you are considered to have agreed to these conditions below. If you disagree, please do not apply.
- All photographs and documents sent to us are non-returnable.
- All information given will be treated as strictly confidential.
- You are required to pay a membership fee when you join Fate@Work!. Fate@Work! reserves the right to change the membership fee anytime and without prior notice. There will be no refund of fees collected.
- You must not post or otherwise communicate any message, comment, statement or material which is offensive, objectionable, disparaging, defamatory or illegal.
Members to abide the following
- Members will keep confidential all information that they obtain about other members through their participation in Fate@Work! activities, and will continue to do so even if and when they are no longer Fate@Work! members.
- Members will not solicit information about other members or utilise any unsolicited information for any commercial purposes.
- Members will not hold Fate@Work! liable should anything untoward happen to them while participating in any Fate@Work! activity.
- Members will not hold Fate@Work! responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information that another person has provided to Fate@Work!, as part of the process of their invitation / recommendations. Members will ensure that all details provided by any other persons is true and valid for Fate@Work!'s necessary usage and processing.
